Bygning A / Building A

Over the summer, there has been building work at the gallery of Anders Petersen and Kari Svarre at Kløvermarksvej 70 in Copenhagen.

The building is a long range on two floors that is set slightly back from and runs back from the road and had narrow grass areas on either side but with some good, well-established trees.

On the east entrance side there is now a low dry-stone walls that forms a new approach to the entrance that is at an angle from the main gate and on the west side, towards a large open car park area, there are new low boundary walls at each end, in the same stone, and with a higher curved wall towards the centre that encloses an almost circular terrace.

The design shop and workshops of A.Petersen Gallery & Crafts remains on the ground floor of the building but the exhibition space on the first floor now has a new and separate identity as Bygning A.
